­ Artist talk, lecture performance and exhibition tour with Niklas Goldbach and Inke Arns

A busy weekend awaits Niklas Goldbach and Inke Arns next week. It starts on 09 August 2024 at Saalbau in Witten. Niklas Goldbach, born in Witten in 1973, presents the lecture performance Into The Paradise Machine. In the video work, Goldbachfocuses on the Center Parcs bungalow complexes and combines them with excerpts from the diary of Dutch architect Jaap Bakema. Beforehand, Niklas Goldbach will talk to curator and HMKV director Dr. Inke Arns about his art and the current exhibition at the HMKV. The event starts at 19:00 in Hall B of Saalbau Witten, admission free. Further information can be found here.

One day later, on Saturday, 10 August, you will have the opportunity to find out more about the exhibition and its background and to talk to Niklas Goldbach and Inke Arns. The curator and artist tour through The Paradise Machine starts 16:00 at the HMKV (Dortmunder U, level 3). Admission is free, registration is not necessary.
