Workshop: Digital Self-Defense – Part 1

The first lecture will clarify how to protect the web browser against the ubiquitous advertising and tracking. Furthermore, we will show how to use the Tor network to navigate anonymously through the Internet. (Speaker: Sebastian Lisken)

 

How to participate:

We recommend using a current Firefox or a web browser based on Chrome. An early entry to the conference room from 17:45 hrs is highly recommended in order to avoid technical problems before the beginning of the lecture. The event will not be recorded. The presentation slides will be made available online.
